In total, Cebo International B.V. employs 95 employees (65 for Cebo Holland B.V. in IJmuiden, 16 employees for Cebo UK Ltd. in Aberdeen, and 14 employees on our 2 vessels for Cebo Marine B.V.).

Your Role
Together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues, you will be responsible for sales within the Construction department. As a Sales Engineer for the German market, you are responsible for the results of a part of the product range or a particular market in terms of sales, and you are accountable for the commercial result.
By ensuring quality service and actively contributing to the development of new products, the Sales Engineer for Industrial Products plays a significant role in improving the company’s overall results.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers.
- Providing training and advice to our customers.
- Giving product presentations for customers and potential customers.
- Managing a number of customers or a market segment with the aim of providing optimal service to the customer.
- Advising on the sales policy concerning certain customers or market segments.
- Maintaining the network within the German market.
- Actively collecting market and customer data.
- Conducting market research.
- Supporting, initiating, and developing new products and product lines.
- Establishing and achieving sales budgets in collaboration with other employees.
- Interpreting and reporting monthly sales figures.
Work Location
The candidate will primarily work from home. We are open to candidates from both the Netherlands and Germany. This means that applicants could be either:
- A Dutch candidate living near the German border who is fluent in German, or
- A German candidate residing in Germany.
Your Experience
- You have a completed HBO education, preferably HBO CE.
- You have at least 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant environment (industrial area is preferred).
- You recognize the importance of working in accordance with our quality system.
- You are fluent in both German and English. Dutch is a plus.
- You have strong communication, commercial, and organizational skills.
- You take initiative and inspire others with your enthusiasm.
- You have a passion for our products.
