In January, Cebo Holland installed 3,000 solar panels on the roof of the Cebo bunker, marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.

This investment is expected to generate 25% of the company’s total electricity consumption and contribute to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. The project was made possible thanks to a subsidy from the province of North Holland and was expertly executed by commissioning partner PV-Projecten B.V. Under the leadership of ETD Supervisor Yannick Mossel, the project was completed smoothly and on schedule. With this investment, Cebo Holland takes a substantial step towards a more sustainable future and demonstrates its commitment to environmentally friendly operations.

The drone footage below offers an impressive view of the solar panels on the bunker’s roof. Located close to the beach and the sea, Cebo Holland is well aware that seagulls are already circling overhead. Hopefully, these feathered visitors won’t be too quick to leave their own white signature on the brand-new panels.....
