With sadness, we share the news that our former colleague Hans Dubbelaar passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 69.

Hans began his career at Cebo Holland on May 17, 1976, making him one of the very first employees of our company. During his long career, he held various roles, from loading and unloading ships to foreman of distribution and production manager. In the final years before his retirement on May 31, 2022, Hans served as our dedicated warehouse manager.

In addition to his craftsmanship, we especially remember Hans as a committed colleague with a big heart, a great sense of humor, and a straightforward opinion. He would give praise when things went well and wasn’t afraid to speak his mind when he disagreed. That Hans had a true Cebo heart was clear from the fact that he spent many Saturdays happily maintaining our forklifts.

At the end of March, Hans paid one final visit to Cebo together with his daughter Lisanne, to say goodbye to his colleagues. Our thoughts are with Lisanne, his family, and friends. We wish them strength and comfort during this difficult time.
