Grouting Materials
With a low mixing ratio, good workability and strong sealing properties, Cebo Drill-Grout, Cebo Drill-Grout Plus and Cebo Thermo Drill-Grout Lite are ideal solutions for both HDD and Vertical Drilling operations. After years of successful application, both products are certified according to BRL 5078 by Bodem+.
Cebo Drill-Grout is a self-setting suspension used to completely fill annular spaces in HDD, Microtunneling and Vertical Drilling operations. Cebo Drill-Grout can also be used for other applications such as sealing holes of pulled piles. The product hardens into a plastic material with a low water permeability, preventing underground water layers from mixing.
By using Cebo Drill-Grout, subsidence of the ground can be prevented, and steel pipes are protected against corrosion.
Cebo Drill-Grout is tested for use in groundwater by the “Hygiene-Institut des Ruhrgebiets”.
Plugging Materials
Bentonite-based products are often used in dam and dyke construction and restoration projects due to the Bentonite’s excellent sealing properties. Its ability to form an impermeable barrier helps to prevent water seepage and ensure the stability and safety of the dam/dyke.
CEBOGEL® QSE Plus composes cylindrical pressed Bentonite rods made from sodium-activated Bentonite and is characterized by its impressive water absorption capacity.
In Vertical Drilling operations, the product is used to restore drilled clay layers. A key feature of CEBOGEL QSE Plus is its ability to rapidly swell when in contact with water; this enables the product to form a clay plug in the entry or exit pit, resulting in fast and efficient sealing. CEBOGEL QSE Plus is versatile and works effectively in slightly brackish water.
Thermal Grouting Products
Cebo Conduct-Gel is composed of a specially selected Bentonite/graphite mixture and is a unique, all-in-one solution for promoting efficient heat transfer from power cables to the surrounding soil. Cebo Conduct-Gel is a non-hardening suspension and therefore easy to remove after a certain period of time, if required. The product is cement-free and provides high flowability over long distances.
